Ascension Amateur Radio Club

The AARC will hold a monthly meeting on Wednesday, July 8th at 7:00 PM. The location is 10083 Lake Ridge Ave., Gonzales, LA. All amateur radio operators or those interested in amateur are invited to attend. 

Election of officers for 2009 was held at the January meeting.

The results are as follows;

The Gonzales Christmas Parade was held on Sunday, December 14th, 2008. The parade is put on  the Ascension Chamber of Commerce. The Ascension Amateur Radio Club assists the chamber in staging the entrants before the parade and making sure everyone gets out in the correct order. We would like to thank those who turned out to help this year: Tom (N5KSK) and Brenda, Todd (KD5UYZ) and Mindi along with Brittany and Benjamin, Bridgette (K5BRG) and Perry (N5USN) and last but not least my wife Darlene. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year.
